Dr. R.S.Agarwal is the Emeritus Chair Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. He has held several academic and administrative positions including Dy Director (Faculty), Dean of Industrial Research and Development and Chairman of Mechanical Engineering Department at the same institute.
 
Mr. Hiru Jhangiani - India
Hiru Jhangiani’s background in the HVAC& R field starts with his study of the subject at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, USA, in 1947. He returned to India in 1950 and joined Blue Star in Bombay as an engineer handling sales, planning and installation of  AC&R projects. He spent a total of 40 years with the company, the last 12 as a director on the Board.
 
Mr.Ashish Rakheja - India

Mr. Ashish Rakheja – Director of Spectral Services Consultants, completed his graduation from REC Allahabad in Mechanical Engineering followed by M.Tech in Thermal Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi in the year 1997.
He has been working with Spectral for last fourteen years and expertise includes design & coordination of multi-disciplinary engineering activities.

   
Mr. Wu Yuanwei - Peoples Republic of China

Mr. Wu Yuanwei is Chief Engineer & Professor at China Academy of Building Research, Founded in 1953; China Academy of Building Research (CABR) is the largest and most diverse research institution in building industry in China. Mr. Yuanwei has done his M.E. Major in HVAC in the year 1951-1957 from Harbin Institute of Technology, a premier education institute founded in 1920.

   
Mr. Y P Chee - Singapore

Mr. Y P Chee is the principal of Y P Chee & Associates, an engineering consultant in building services, and engineering management. . He has about 40 years experience in the planning, design, management and inspections of energy conscious mechanical systems.  He has also good experience in the management of building services both during and after construction period. He has also designed, supervised and directed several major and minor projects in Singapore, and a few buildings in Australia.
   
Mr. Apichit Lumlertpongpana, Thailand

Mr. Apichit Lumlertpongpana – Managing Director of I.T.C (1993) Co., Ltd, graduated B.E. Mechanical Engineer from King Mongkut Institute of Technology (KMIT) in 1976. 
He is acknowledged as Senior Professional Engineer, with license no. 538.
He had been working with I.T.C. for more than 20 years now and has been engaged in various design and installation applications in the refrigeration industry.
