Mr.Hiru Jhangiani Mr. Hiru Jhangiani’s background in the HVAC& R field starts with his study of the subject at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, USA, in 1947. He returned to India in 1950 and joined Blue Star in Bombay as an engineer handling sales, planning and installation of AC&R projects. He spent a total of 40 years with the company, the last 12 as a director on the Board
He has work experience in the USA, where he worked for 5 years with a large HVAC contractor as a project manager in New York City and also in the Middle East on several large projects for Blue Star.
Retiring in 1993 from Blue Star he has worked as an independent advisor helping several new and small companies to get started or improve their operations in India. He is also consulting editor of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Journal for ISHRAE and contributes “News from India” for JARN, Japan
