1. Duly-filled Application Form
2. Project Related Documents
• Name, Location, Size, Conditioned area, Type of Building, Occupancy
• Number of people & hours of operation, Date of commissioning
• Developer Name, Architect, HVAC Engineer and any other relevant party
• Photographs of the interior, exterior, HVAC installation, elevations & critical sections, floor plan
3. A brief writeup titled "Why I think my project deserves to win The Emerson Cup 2010"
   (maximum of 3000 words)
4. Project Design Related Documents
• A document titled “Narrative Project Design” (maximum of 3000 words) explaining how evaluation criteria #1-5 were considered in the design of the project
• All calculations for evaluation criteria #2-4 (include details of Key Energy Efficiency features of the project)
5. NOC from Project Owner
